It was a great holiday! A super house, the activities nearby wher a bit too tranquil for us. But by car we were able to do quite a lot. The view by night was spectacular, those stars…

It was just as we expected it would be. Friendly owners, a carefully decorated and tasteful villa. We have been visiting this part of Crete for many years now and we will come back again next year.

We had a great holiday, both houses ( group that rented both Fegarada and Pelagos) had lovely sea views. The grand children enjoyed the swimming pool, the ‘night swims’ (in the evening) were a great bonus for them. They also liked the jacuzzi a lot. The houses were fully equipped, there was really nothing we missed.

The owners of villa Pelagos are wonderful people. Discrete when necessary but available when needed. So we had a really good holiday, everything well organised. Definitely enough reasons to come back.

We really enjoyed our holiday on Crete. Villa Pelagos was a comfortable house, good furniture and fully equipped. Ideal that it comprised two separate parts. The owner was extremely friendly and always prepared to help. Everything was well organised from the start. Someone was waiting for us in the arrivals hall in the airport. Route description was also perfect and the owners were waiting for us in their house.
One minor thing (but this has nothing to do with the house) is that you have to drive quite a distance to visit some sights. It was a two hours drive to visit Knossos for instance.
But it was just great and we’ll be back.

Warm welcome by the owners and wonderful weather. Each day 25-30 degrees C. The villa was magnificent and the area too. Made several trips into the mountains. We also took the boat to Chrissy island. Lovely island with beautiful beaches. We’ll definitely come back.

We really had a super holiday on Crete. Villa Pelagos/Astrofegia was exactly as you describe it. We arrived late in the evening on Heraklion airport, where a kind lady from the car rental company with a boarded nameplate, was waiting for us. Everything went smoothly. She also had to go to Ierapetra so we could follow her. At 11 p.m. we arrived in Achlia. The Greek owner and his wife were waiting for us and gave us a warm welcome and some Greek snacks. The next morning it was great to see the children’s reaction to the swimming pool and the sea view. They took of their pyjama’s, jumped in the water and stayed there the rest of the week. The weather was lovely, 27 to 30 degrees C., so all they needed was the sea and the swimming pool. Villa Pelagos/Astrofegia is a nice play to stay. The dolphins in the sea, the beautiful, peaceful mountains with their small villages, the great tavernas nearby and the lack of tourism in this area made it an unforgettable holiday!!!

We had such a fantastic time in villa Pelagos: a fully equipped house, lovely swimming pool, privacy, very friendly owners who were always prepared to solve our small problems (satellite/DVD player). The villa is really perfect for two families: we all had our own space but also enough room to spend time together.
Of course South Crete is fantastic: nice little bays, authentic villages & scenery: unspoilt by mass tourism. To put it briefly: a wonderful holiday and another nice memory. Many thanks for all the care you paid to this holiday.

We are really happy with your service. Surfing on the internet we found Villa Kreta. We did not know the company and were not sure whether the descriptions corresponds to reality. We were pleasantly surprised by the result. So we really enjoyed our eight day stay in October on Crete. Villa Pelagos is nicely furnished and has all conveniences. We liked the swimming pool, the terrace, the beautiful bedroom and the Jacuzzi. The view of the Libyan sea is breathtaking. Several times we got up really early to see the wonderful sunrise. In the evening we had a glass of wine under the spectacular starry sky. Where we live in Holland it is not possible to see this anymore. The owners are very kind, hospitable and offer great service. They spoilt us with snacks and sweets, respected our privacy and were always prepared to answer our questions and help us. We thank you for your excellent service. If we ever go to Crete again, we will definitely use Villa Kreta again.

I would like to report that we really enjoyed our holiday. The information you gave us was clear and left no questions unanswered. For us definitely areason to book again through villakreta.nl.
Fortunately the cars had enough room for eight persons and their luggage. We had two cars with 6000 km. on the clock. The man from the car rental company was waiting for us in the arrivals hall, holding a sign with our name. Very well organised.
The villawas TOP!!!We had a warm welcome. The male owner spoke only a litle english, his wife though, spoke excellent english and could answer all our questions. They gave us pastries three times, we could phone them at any time, received a lot of information about the area and the rest of the island.
Groundfloor of the villa: a modern living, bedroom with jacuzzi, 2 toilets, bathroom, and a second bedroom decorated for children with nice curtains and some toys and things. The luxury kitchen was fully equipped, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave and all kinds of kitchen apparatus. The swimming pool has a good size, there is a large terrace with table, chairs, umbrella, BBQ and sun loungers.
The house on the first floor was decorated in a more classic style, it had 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a fully equipped luxury kitchen. The sea view was super and it was really quiet here.
So we had a great holiday and will definitely come back again. At the end of October, the weather was lovely: 1 rainy day, 3 days of over 30 degrees C. , all other days 25 degrees.

We have just come back and the car (free upgrade car) was a nice surprise! The weather too. We have had only sunshine. The house was, as you already told us, very good/nice. The owners were very kind. We had a great time and drove around a lot in our Renault Megane. Unfortunately we’re back home now!
Thanks for all the things you arranged for us: we will book our next holiday through Villa Kreta again.

Exactly what we had imagined. Lots of sunshine, swimming pool on our doorstep and magnificent view. Close to the beach.

Our holiday was fine. We have no complaints about the house at all! The friendly way in which the owners helped us is really special. We absolutely needed the swimming pool with temperatures hitting 40 degrees Celsius. Upon arrival the man with hire car was waiting for us, everything went smoothly. We’ll definitely come back, but then we’ll come two months earlier to do the walks we had wanted to do now. Your information was not correct: it was even better than you said.
All right then, one point of criticism: when we went back there was complete chaos on the airport and we had to queue for at least three hours. Can’t you take care of that too?

We have had a pleasant stay in Villa Pelagos. The four of us had only rented the ground floor appartment. Everything looked fine and the owners were very friendly. They came to bring us some nice food a few times. The view was beautiful. We are very satisfied with your information and service. The rental car was also fine.

Have had a great holiday, met the nice owners. Our request for better parasols was dealt with adequately and fast. House was very well looked after, beautiful view, quiet, swimming pool and beach. Nice, good restaurants nearby.

We had a fantastic week, beautiful spacious villa which is excellently taken care of (we rented both floors for 5 persons). The owner was very helpful when we needed antibiotics for the little one. She can also give you a lot of information about the area etc. The area is beautiful, nice beach nearby, we even preferred Achlia beach to Agia Fotia, which was recommended to us.

We had a great holiday, both houses (group of 9 persons rented Fegarada and Pelagos/ Astrofegia) had lovely sea views. The grand children enjoyed the swimming pool, the ‘night swims’ (in the evening) were a great bonus for them. They also liked the jacuzzi a lot.

One word: great. The owner took great care of us. The house was fine: no complaints whatsoever (an extra bed we asked for was there). Everything was excellent!!! On our last night we had a nice dinner and drinks with the owner and many of his friends. Quite an experience to be among the Greek.
